Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping is not included in the price of your order. Customers are required to select overnight shipping at checkout to ensure the safety and well-being of the spider.

Shipping Adjustments & Refunds

If a customer pays more for shipping than is required, the difference will be refunded. Customers may choose whether the refund is:

❥  Returned to the original payment method, or

❥  Applied as credit within the current order (such as an additional spider, when applicable).

Weather Conditions

We prioritize the health of every spider we ship. Orders will only be shipped when temperatures are within a safe range of 40°F to 100°F. If temperatures fall outside of this range, your order will be held until conditions are suitable.

Scheduling & Delivery

❥  Orders are shipped at the beginning of the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays.

❥  Customers must be available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may void eligibility for Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims.

❥  Shipping delays caused by the carrier (weather, routing issues, or mishandling) are outside of our control.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage

In the rare event of a DOA, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy guidelines, including providing timestamped photo or video proof within 1 hour of delivery.

❥  We do not ship internationally.

❥  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
