Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your spider arrives deceased, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear, timestamped photos or video of the unopened shipping container and the animal. Once verified, we will issue either a replacement (when available) or a refund for the animal only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • Overnight shipping was not selected at checkout.

  • The recipient was not available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • Shipping delays or damages occurred due to the carrier's error.

The health and safety of our spiders is our highest priority. We will only ship when temperatures are within a safe range and all precautions have been taken to ensure your spider’s well-being.
