By purchasing from Itsy Bisty Jumpers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Live Animal Sales

❥ All spiders are sold as-is and are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of shipping.

❥ Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

2. Shipping & Delivery

❥ Customers are responsible for selecting overnight shipping at checkout.

❥ We will only ship when temperatures are between 40°F and 100°F to ensure the safety of the animal.

❥ Customers must be present to receive the package at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may void any DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims.

❥ We are not liable for delays, damages, or mishandling by the shipping carrier.

3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

❥ If a spider arrives deceased, the customer must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear, timestamped photos or video of the unopened shipping container and the spider.

❥ Verified DOA cases will receive either a replacement (if available) or a refund for the cost of the spider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility

❥ Customers are responsible for researching and understanding the care requirements of their spider before purchase.

❥ We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, escapes, or improper care after the spider has been delivered.

5. Limitation of Liability

❥ By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that Itsy Bitsy Jumpers is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages resulting from the handling, care, or ownership of the animal.
